2011 king ranch factory nav
I've had the issue before where one day it works fine and then next day I get in my truck and only the radio part will work and I can't go into my media section. The fix is usually just take out the sync fuse and problem is fixed, but this time it still doesn't work after 2 days.
I also noticed the compass on the instrument cluster isn't working either may or may not be related not real sure
