TC lock up question

Putting a lock up switch on the ranger.

Cut the brown/orange wire on the tranny harness and the wire coming from the tranny is hot with KOEO (not hooked up just cut wire) is that right? I thought it was a ground out scenario.

That is the wire. Go here for the hook-up. The resistor is suppose to be 22k not 12k.

I was going off this?

Its the brown/orange wire at the front plug on the pcm
when you do this just ground it to a switch,you will also need to get a tune mad that tells the computer not to lock the converter up from your tuner

The pcm has to sense voltage at all time or it will go into limp mode

i did not have to change tune you need a double pole doublethrow switch

Nope lol that was all Matt's tuning. Maybe alittle but of Steve's manifold too I guess lol might try it on my run during the midnight drags tho

How do you like the apex manifold? Was the gogo one not holding up?

looks great and defiantly helped spool up.

rot rid of the gogo a long time ago. was tired of chasing leaks.
