Tire Size Question

Anyone running a 305 and factory 20's on a 2011+ truck? Probably going to do a 305/60/20 on my dad's truck with factory 2011 20's and I want to be sure they won't run the radius arms at full lock.

I had 305/55-20 nitto's on my factory 20's and they didn't rub at all.

my dad has ran 35/12.50/18 KM2s on oem 18s with no rubbing.
