We know for a fact that these wheels make power. We have tested these on a 03 6.0 turbo, and a 03 6.0 PowerMax turbo with great results. We simply just want to let everyone know they are available. Thanks

That's also replacing a cast wheel with a billet wheel.

Now going from billet to billet... not sire any gains will be seen

Several single turbo trucks running Bullseye Batmowheels have had some issues. Super08Duty on here has a thread about his S366 having a ridiculous amount of shaft play after only 10,000 miles.

Do you think there is a design flaw that creates a balance issue? Or the design flaw is that the wheel is simply too large and creates the imbalance in the shaft?

The batmo's in theory seem good, a reaonsable amount of extra cfms for the $$ spent, a bit lower egts. A good stand-in for those not wanting or needing tow powers but want to drop the egts some.

I just think the idea of options is great and I hope it works out. I'm still on the fence about what I'll be doing w/ mine. I was thinking just the 71 but I may just get TP's w/ billet wheels for both chargers if thats an option.
I want to be able to drop, whatever it is I want in, and be done and not worry about reliability.

Hopefully this does pan out for those who need/want another route.

That is an option. Double billet wheels will cost an extra $400.

I don't really want to add any more fuel.
I want quick as possible on spool up w/ as little smoke as possible. I hate the large poof if i have to get on it. It clears up but w/ stock chargers, that small lag bugs me.

What would be my best bang for the buck then?
a 71mm LP w/ the billet upgrade?
TPs w/ billet
TP'xs seem like they run near the cost of the HighP setup, pretty close.

Im thinking of avoiding II due to some of the info I've been reading about their customer service. Its another reason why I won't give my $$ to certain sponsors. Rudys, LPS and IDP have been spot on, w/o problem anytime I need info, advise and product clarification, hence I purchase through them.

What would you do if you were in my shoes?

The quick spool up and fast smoke clearing will come from your high pressure turbo. I would do billet high powers in your case.

Tuning will also help with that initial smoke... might give gearhead a try on that

X2 on Gearhead for tuning.

I have a II pump coming out, one of the few that were built from a new pump not a rebuilt one. Just thought I would throw it out there.

How do you feel your turbo setup would do for someone like me w/ stock fuel?

Because the high pressure turbo is the one that's doing most of the work part throttle Ect. Spool up is also based on that as well.

My turbo set up needs fuel. But the 63mmvgt would work fine on stock fuel. Just needs a smaller atmosphere like high powers with a 76mm low pressure. Billet gt4202 would work well imho

One thing i was just lookong for and couldnt find is the exd. On these 71 atmos the same as stock or bigger also?

Tuning can play a big role in part throttle smoke too. Like Dustin said, a 63 would be fine for stock fuel, but you wouldn't want a low pressure that large without fuel.

I drove BFT's truck with stock fuel and high powers. It was honestly the funnest truck I've ever driven. No smoke, super low egts, and pulls HARD. If you have any other questions, feel free to PM me.
