Here's a description and picture so I don't have to post the ad again and again..
1997 Ford F-250 Heavy Duty, XLT 4x4. Been a NC truck all its life, so no rusty fenders or bed like some on here. It is the extended cab long bed with the 7.3 Powerstroke Turbo Diesel. Currently has 181,xxx on it. Pacific Green exterior, with grey cloth interior (40/20/40 flip up jumpseat/console in middle) Overall stock motor wise, no heavy modifications besides an AFE intake and 4" exhaust with a 6" tip (currently dumped under the bed but I have full exhaust and pipes/hangers). Transmission has been rebuilt with an upgraded torque convertor. Newer front and rear shocks, ball joints, and front brakes. New fuel bowl and filter. Has flip up frame mounted gooseneck hitch and brake box, in addition to standard receiver. Very clean truck inside and out, still has the factory side steps on it. Has vinyl flooring instead of carpet, which is a huge plus. Keyless entry with 2 remotes, power windows, doors, power drivers seat, it is fully loaded and everything works. Has an upgraded HD radio head unit and 10" sub. Recently installed clear headlights, front turn signals, clear LED 3rd brake light and trailer lights for a cleaner look. Has tinted windows (legal) 30 on front and mirrored 20 on rear.
Have a bunch of add-ons to go with it, including Kingpin Dana 60 Solid Front Axle, leaf springs, 4" rear block (f250 block is 2.5") all new brembo rotors calipers ceramic pads, tie rods drag links and sleeves, just haven't had time to install yet, I will include this with the right offer.. axle and suspension alone is $1200 and it comes with basically all new brakes and steering which is about 400.
Only flaw I can think of is the rear bumper is a little mucked up, but can be fixed. If the right trade comes my way, I will pay for another one. The paint is in good shape but does have small scratches and the top of the cab could use buffing, this truck is 15 years old so it isn't perfect. Paint shines beautifully with just a wash but beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Price on CL is 11K with the Dana 60, or 10,500 without it... I'll do 10,500 WITH the Dana 60 or 10,000 without it for the folks on PSA.
