Trans Fluid 5R110

Whats the general concensous for syn trans fluid for a newly built 5R110 trans? I used Amsoil in some, Maxshift in some (thats TCI i think)....any input and reasonings? Shaefers?

Ford oil only. Search a little and you find threads that most people run the motorcraft LV or sp.

Mercon LV for me and if you don't have the newer in pan filter I would upgrade

Mercon SP is ok but along with the new in pan filter the only thing they changed was the fluid type to LV and the service interval doubled in the 08's from the previous years coincidence ? maybe ??
