purchased my first obs and being the first automatic ive driven, it seems to fall on its face after changing gears, and seems maybe its shifting early, is this normal and can it be fixed with different tuning? 97 f250 ccsb 7.3 ts6 tuned afe intake diamond eye 3inch dp to 5inch exhaust transgo tugger kit and triple disk billet converter

Yes, that's the way they were programmed. Different tuning is the way to fix it.
