Transmission wont shift?

Wondering if any one had this issue before or knows which route to go i have 08 450 and sometimes merging into traffic or turn and getting back into the gas the truck revs up like a false neutral or something then bangs hard into gear and goes along with business now this morning i took off from a light it shifted into second then stayed there wouldnt shift, pulled of tryed to just take off again and say thing. Stoped a third time and tried and it shifted fine never set off a wrench light and i never turned the truck off either time i stopped any ideas. Is it the trans just getting ready to take a **** or maybe something electrical?

I have had it happen, I reloaded the tune and did relearn and all was good.

I had the same thing happen, seems like the trans got caught in the middle of the downshift and got confused. Mine cleared itself and hasnt done it lately. What tune are you running??

Mine started doing this then i completely lost OD. Id say you are about to loose your trans

reload the tune
