Truck Shuddering When Starting to go.

So as the title says, my brothers truck shudders when he starts to go in any gear. Does it worse when the truck is warm. It feels like the front end but it sometimes won't do it. It's super weird. Any ideas. Oh and it's a 1997 Ford F-250 still has the twin eye beam in the front. Thanks in advance.

Check all U-Joints.

U joints as far as in drive lines or what??

Yep, all of them. 4WD has a bunch of them.
