truck stalls at low rpm

i am currently having a problem where the truck is cutting off as i coast to a stop, like coming to stop lights or stop signs. i am running a homemade gen3 pump and the pump went out. i decided to rebuild the oil system with a new ipr from ford, a hpop from ford and a new haldex pump. i am running the 4f665 haldex pump that swamps uses for their gen3. i have played with the tuning and the best i can get it to do is not stall at operating temp, when the truck is cold it will cut off every time. i have run out of options on what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Matt has done a great job
So far at tuning it. I have never gotten around to live tuning and I swapped out the brand new ford ipr for a used one off my brothers truck cured the problem
