Tuning components

Does anyone know where to source the romulator and ts chip burners etc? I've spent a lot of time looking around this evening with no luck. Sniper and PHP dont seem to have any TS chip components, maybe I didnt look hard enough. I need to be able to A. put single shot tune on my PCM, and B. pull the current tune files off my chip to save them since the person who wrote these tunes is no longer doing it and I really dont want to lose them. Any leads to components and software would be awesome.

I would try contacting Dan Kropinak at SDK Performance or Andrew Arthur at AA tuning & design.
