Does the early 99 turbo pedestal (non-ebpv) fit an OBS?

Yes. Any 7.3 pedestal will fit on any 7.3. But why?

Physically bolt to the block....yes. The pedestals are turbo specific. An OBS pedestal does not bolt onto to a SD turbo and vice versa. The SD pedestals are taller than the OBS/E99 ones.

OK, that is true, but it will bolt to the block. A super duty turbo will not bolt to a T4 mount either.
