If I order a rebuild kit for my factory turbo can I just rebuild it my self or does it need to be rebalanced? Not changing a thing just putting in new seals and bushings. The guy that is selling me the kit says it doesn't need to be rebalanced because I'm putting the same parts back in it. Need help ASAP because I need to get either a turbo or a rebuild kit ordered. Need it fixed yesterday! Thanks in advance.

It doesn't need to be. But like any rotating mass, it could use it. Many people overhaul their turbo w.o getting it rebalanced. I wouldn't stress it.
