Turn Signal Problems

Okay, so I tried flash back LED turn signal bulbs. Didn't like the color, too blue. Went back to factory bulbs. About 3 months after going back to factory bulbs, my passenger side front blinker started blinking fast and stopped working. Changed the bulb to a new factory incandescent, still no luck. The passenger tail signal works, and mirror signal work. The turn signals have 3 wires, flasher, parking, ground. When I connected a voltmeter to the flashing wire, with the blinker on, I don't get anything. Checked the fuses twice, even tried different amp fuses (Ended up putting the normal 10 amp back in). Anyone have any advice? I really appreciate the help.

There may be a code set that you need to clear after having the led in there. Or reprogram the bcm tonormal lights instead of led if you did that.
