Two questions 2012 F350 4x4 LB King Ranch

Is it normal to lerch forward 5-6 inches after putting in park and sutting off? On the bottom of passenger side mirror, under it on the black plastic that faces the ground there is some sort of peg, what is this?

The peg could be a mount for a CB antenna, at least that is my guess. The lurch is normal.
