Got two, used, unlocked SCT SF3 3015 model tuners here, has three preloaded tunes ( Street, Tow and Performance ) tunes specific for the 7.3, 6.0, 6.4 and 6.7 ( No, they don't do DPF delete :-( and can hold up to ten custom tunes as well.

$275 shipped USPS Priority mail for one and price is firm. Updated to latest firmware version from SCT and comes with USB cord to connect to your PC as well.
