Update to the look of my gauges...

The blue light has been killing my eyes for the last few years. Not sure if its me being old or just 17 gauges...

Had a dodge match that I was testing and loved the light and the new pointer, so I sent them all back and recieved a package today!!!

No night shots yet, its cold, and wet and I didnt want to mess with it tonight.

Added a few missing warning lights as well...

Ever think about putting a layer of tint in the gauges to see if that would help the brightness?

I may try it in mine just to see. Didn't know if you went that route possibly already or not?

Fuel level is for the 110 gal tank in the bed...

I dont think its the brightness, just the shear number of gauges and the blue light. Its just not night friendly.

I'll get some night shots on the way to Vegas tomorrow and post up then.

You had all of the gauge illumination tied into the dimmer switch right? Cause mine aren't too bad when dimmed down, and honestly not bad when full brightness, but then again I also only have 4 of them and all overhead.

Well for him the problem isn't brightness. Mine are ungodly bright. Even when attached to a dimmer they get better, but then my dash gauges aren't really bright enough haha.

speaking of gauges, has anyone ever done any custom dash gauges using LCD or digial?
I came across this site that does wireless LCD for Motor homes and buses. Nice concept.

I tinted my scan guage helped out major... might do the others once I get more time.. Sure helps with night driving.

Gauge whore! I'm sure it looks pretty good, I always thought the 17 gauges were cool since it was so different!

All EV2 series correct? And how much of a pain is it wiring all 17 of those? I'm assuming they all need they're own hot and ground for power, and a hot for illumination, and lastly the wire for the sensor?
