Used H11 hot retorque?

I thought there was a discussion about doing a hot retorque on used H11 head studs, but I can't find it. I can't find anything about it. Can someone point me in the right direction or have any info?

No hot Retorque. Just do sequence and you're good

Used have already been stretched. To make yourself feel better, Hit a few of the nuts on the outside of the valve covers with a torque wrench, bet they don't budge.
