When I lived in the 757 (Va beach) I ran a full 4inch turbo back. I also didn't have a front tag or inspection for over a year lol. Just didn't care but looking back it was stupid.

Not sure about any shops in specific that could help ya out. Good luck though cause the entire Va police force is tough.

When I lived there. The inspection criteria was visual inspection for cats. I believe it still is. Many folks just bored out stock cats and passed inspections no problem.

That's where I live. Va Beach will get you for no muffler, ask me how I know! Just put a dummy muffler on there as well as the cat and roll.

I mean as soon as you hear the turbo through the exhaust like a jet warming up ha ha that's the giveaway that there's no cat
