Water in fuel

What can I do to do away with the water in fuel message on the dash? I keep getting It thrown even tho it's all been removed lol. I had this problem before with the truck, but had a factory fuel system in place and thought it was just a dirty tank causing it.
Currently has airdog 2 pump with elites fuel bowl delete, pulled the tank and had it cleaned out, fresh hpfp etc. thanks psa

With H&S & their MCC program There is a parameter under Diagnostics>Values>"Water in fuel sensor enable"
You can shut it off there.
If your not running H&S or don't have MCC, I would think it should still be accessable with something like IDS or Auto Enginuity
