Weird Throttle Response..

Loaded the new spartan 310 early lock up tune in my truck and I can't figure out why my throttle response has changed. Not saying its tune related at all. Hoping someone might have an idea why its like this
@ 65mph
1/4 to 1/2 throttle- frp jumps to 24-26k
WOT- frp is 19-22k.
It will hold steady 24k if I go into it from a 1/4 and slowly increase to WOT. Everything else is in check. Boost in the mid 40's, ep similar, no crazy tc slip and no codes either. Just don't know why its jumping to 24k at 1/4 throttle and low 20k on WOT. Any help is appreciated.

Maybe someone can tell you how to pull up commanded rail pressure and actual rail pressure and see what the differences are. I've never done it or I'd talk you threw it. I'm sure someone knows thou.
