What intake/exhaust valves to buy?

I know motorcraft has them but at 300 for the set. What other options do i have? I seen enginetechs and enterprise when googling for considerably less. I talked to my machinist and he has used engine tech for rebuilds before. so if your a engine builder please chime in on what you have used.

This truck is a daily driver with weekend towing and some long hauls. Otherwise just the basic mods 4inch exhaust,intake, chip. my future mods are pretty minimal maybe stage 1's and a 38r.

Any complaints with melling valves? Summit has them for 8 bucks a pop vs sbi's 18

Valves see tremendous heat & stress.....do it once, by doing it right. Get the Motorcraft/IH valves.
