What's causing my shudder

Ok I've been having this on going surging issue. Truck runs fine when it's cold. Spools decent smoke is fairly low and runs pretty decent. I keep getting a reoccurring P1336 code camshaft/crankshaft sensor. I've tried two different tuners so I think I can rule tuning out of the equation as it does it with both companies. I had one of the return lines mixed up on the cooler so I then fixed that hoping it would solve my issues. Loaded up my new gearhead tune today and it seems to run good for about 10 minutes or so then I get a shudder/surge pretty much at all rpm's but more so at the lower end. Smoke seems to get a lot heavier as well. I'm running dual fuelers, 100%'s, and a regulated return for my fueling. Could it be a input/return pressure issue with the fuel getting hot? Would the P1336 code be causing this? Where exactly are the cam/crank sensors? I know they're on the front middle of the block but having trouble locating them.

unplug your fuel temp sensor i bet it goes away

pay close attention to when it does happen as well, im betting anything over 118 degrees fuel temp and it will shudder. Its a dual fueler thing but i have yet to figure out WTF causes it

Temp was around 130 for fuel. I tried unplugging on Eric's tunes and it went into limp mode. Haven't tried it on Matt's yet

yeah it shouldnt do that, the worst that should happen is that the fan runs and lower speeds all the time, there is a way to shut that off too and just run it unhooked.

Unplugged the fuel temp sensor and it solved the surging issues. Anyway of getting rid of the wrench now and keeping the fan from running making it a little sluggish?

Can't wait to see what this thing can do once the trans is done and has a higher stall convertor?
