Ok I'm curious cause I'm running 175/75s with a powermax my egts were easily to see 1600 and with my non vgt it's over kill for my injectors it's a s366 with 71 mm turbine T-3 and cruising I see 900 to 1000 at 65 and can touch 1600 easy also what are you guys seeing just wanna see if I have some terrible setups

Well my 190/100s with a MTW Stage 3 only hit about 1500 at WOT and full fuel Xtreme X. This is with 40+ psi of boost.

I have to say that 1600+F for 175/75s and a S366 seems really high to me. Whose tuning are you running and whose 175s??

Yea sounds like an experience I heard about with a former vendor's injectors that they sold and a big turbo. LOL

This. Sounds like you have bigger problems with your injectors. Your 66 will cruise at those temps, that's normal for that setup. Lack of boost at cruising speeds from the larger charger.
On the other hand, hitting 1600 easily doesn't sound right. When that 66 lights it shouldn't shoot quickly up to 1600° with your capacity and nozzle setup.

I don't see tuning being much of an issue because that charger should clean up those 175/75's all day at full fuel.

Who's injectors? Does the truck move good at WOT? How is the smoke at WOT?

Anyone ever heard of crazy temps when the setup is too lean?

cruising flat ground with 225/100 and a 66mm I see 600*-850* cruising, depending which highway. I see 1200* peak on a 8% grade over a mile long. Your temps are hot for that setup in my opinion.

Whose injectors, turbo and tuning? I dont see 1600 WOT with my charger on a 1/4 mile run with gearhead tuning.

usually the pw is extended a little to clean up the burn, depending on rpm and throttle position. This will result in slightly higher cruising temps.
