I'm just talking about the side your wheel gets bolted to. Hub centric if running stock wheels. If you're running the stock superduty wheels with the flat lugs, lug centric won't do anything and it'll ride like absolute crap. It needs that machined part to center the wheel on the spacer. Aftermarket lug centric wheels with acorn type lug nuts can run a lug centric spacer without issues. That's what made me hesitate on those ones a couple weeks ago running my stock wheels on them.

Ok I'm a little confused, I'm trying to get some 2inch spacers as well, but not sure wat to get...I'm running different wheels, so it doesn't matter wat I get?

What's the lug style? As most aftermarket wheels are acorn style you can get the LUG centric spacers.

To be honest I have no idea...they are hoss wheels if that helps
