Wheres the weight?

Caught my 08 on fire yesterday morning(dumba$$ attack in a hurry) and got to thinking on maybe what to do with it depending on what insurance does. But to the question. Where is all the weight located compared to the older SD. Is it the body? Frame? Ive got my old 89 f350 that's going to be getting restored with a 100% rust free body. Kinda kicking around the idea of a 2.5/drag truck for fun and weekend toy. The 08 still runs just fine it really just needs the interior but the cab is warped where the drivers door latch is so the door don't close all the way.

Lets put it this way. Gelled filters needed heated, in a hurry didn't wait for the torch to cool off before I put it back behind the seat....to many things going on and got careless, crap happens o well
