white smoke is not fun

Well boys been a couple of days now but the truck is throwing whitish clear smoke on takeoff. Its a very noticable smoke that worries me. This only happens on a certain throttle position during takeoff. The truck is studded and has a single 472 that has no shaft play. What is this problem? Its it possibly a fuel cup? A cracked valve? Or maybe a sticky injector? I need help quick as for school we are taking a week off and I need this fixed.

Around 65-75° not cold enough and truck temperatures don't matter it will happen

Yep was expecting an injector. any way to know how to check them? What computer programming do I need, or where can I get them tested?

Sadly ford don't like modded truck, and I don't like the +3 month waiting period.

4000 miles and no... just on start off with only like 16th of the pedal depressed

It happens mostly when turning but I can still make it throw white smoke even in a straight line when I stop quickly .

pull the lower intercooler boot, and see how much water pours out.

also, you might consider just pulling the intercooler and dumping it out, as its right there in front, easy

and i'll wager, its not smoke, its steam

White smoke is not fuel it's coolant or water. Unburned or excess fuel is grayish in color. Before you start throwing parts at it find the problem.

Well your burning some form off water. As to what, I don't know. Hard to diagnose over the web.

I really don't know. I know it has to be steam or fuel.. but fuel is a grayish color, or it would have already melted my piston.
