hey guys, so trucks been running great. single s467. i blew the oil line a month ago routing to the charger, pulled over fixed the line and added oil. so since then ive also routed my ccv into the exhaust. i i get white smoke at random, after start up at first take off leaving the driveway. and if i drive for awhile then all of a sudden white smoke out of the exhaust. so im guessing its burning oil? coolants good, no leaks, etc... my question is, when i blew the line, did i blow a seal in the charger and now it leaks oil into the exhaust housing? or could it be a build up of oil residue my ccv is leaving in my exhaust? thanks, looking to fix it and its really annoying!

I'd say its from the CCV to exhaust. If I were to route it to exhaust I would put a catch can in-between exhaust and oil canister to catch to oil before going into exhaust.. Moisture in boots could also cause white smoke. But I bet its from oil in exhaust and burning off.

I have had a bad turbo seal do the same, randomly came and went. Pull your down pipe and check for oil.

I had that thought of putting a catch can in between. So i might do that. Yes good idea, obviously if i have oil in the DP i have a bad seal. Il have to check, i didnt think of that which is easy to find out ha. Thanks

I lean toward turbo seal. Make sure it doesn't smell like fuel - unburnt diesel fuel will produce a white smoke. I doubt CCV
