WOP single & s480, built trans, studs, elite stage I pump, 60hp injectors, airdog, afe intercooler all in the works.

I'll post pics as the parts roll in and the progress starts. Trying to do all of it cab on but we'll see. I'm hoping for 700 wrhp but who knows. I'm just excited that's all, been dreaming of these kind of mods for years but never had the funds and now I do so I'm just on a mod high lol.

Thats wat i like to hear. I will be following this cause its the same thing i want to do. Its gonna be nasty man. Im waiting on the single kit too :D Did u think about doing 6.0 manifolds to wake up the single kit a little more?

I think 6.0 manifolds and elites matching up pipes are a good idea from a reliability stand point. I'm pretty sure they flow better but I don't know if it will be a noticeable power difference on the dyno. If I didn't have a new set of 6.4 up pipes sitting in my garage I'd probably go that route as well.

As far as waking it up goes Jacob seems to think this kit will do around 650 give or take at sea level. It did 620 something on the KEM 345 tune I believe at 4-5000 foot elevation of WOP's shop.

Gotcha id do the same. The kit is very stout thats for sure i was just thinkin maybe a manifold change it might bring some more out. Im gonna try that route since i have the 6.0 manifolds already. Do you have any guess on a time frame on this build?

It's worth it in reliability alone, as far as time frame it looks like I should have everything except maybe the WOP kit with in a month but I won't start till I have everything parts wise and a clear schedule to work on it. I'm hoping with in two months but I guess it kinda depends on when the single kits will be ready.

I'm sure you have seen the pics comparing 6.4 manifolds to the 6.0's. I don't think reliability is an issue it is flow. 6.0's flow way more than our stock stuff. If you want a little more flow and keep the 6.4's I have a set of ported ones I need to get rid of.

Thanks man, stay safe out there.

Yeah I know they flow more, I just meant there worth more reliability wise because the stock 6.4 up pipes have a tendency to crack and blow out.

If I do a swap it will be 6.0 manifolds and I'll just sell my new up pipes.
