Plenty of people run 100s and drive them regularly. The fuel can be cut back, that's no problem. It's a lot of fuel for those turbos but if you can get them cheap I'd run them.
Yes I agree, just have to carefully tune them back otherwise what Sootie said can happen.
the turbos you are suggesting could be oversped with all that fuel. Also, you may want to do a twin k16 setup for ease of tuning. Limited people seem to have success tuning the cp3 setup.
yes, mucho agreeo
My truck is in the process of build. I'll be running S472, midwest dual kit, and 100s. Won't be a complete DD but I'll be driving it as much as possible. Hopefully the 100s aren't to much.

that's a lot of injector for a single 72
I am building a 6.4 I'm going to use the tow power x 2.0 setup 59/76 precision, built motor cam etc. was planning on running the rcd add a cp3 and 30% overs. anyways i can get a set of 100% over for next to nothing and am wondering with tuning if i can make a descent DD with them or will they just be too much? anyone running 100's in a DD?
You're very close to where I'm at turbo and fuel and power wise. Get 60's. I have High Power 2.0's which is the next setup above your turbo setup and I run Twin k16s and 60%s with an elite fuel system utilizing the aeromotive lift pump.
On my big 35x13.50 tires I did 800rwhp fuel only on Firepunks dyno and over 900+ on a little bit of spray. Went back more recently on a small set of street tires and wheels and some small tuning and wastegate adjustments and did 850 rwhp on fuel and over 1000 on spray which I already knew it would do anyway.
Nate Bailor owner of Unlimited Diesel here in OH did 820 on fuel in his 6.4 with Jr. High Power Work Stock turbos 76/59 with twin k16s and 60%s and he did 1040 on spray. Same dyno as mine
