Who's truck?

Does anybody know who's truck this is? Looks really sharp and is making me think about a couple things. To use those rims did he have to switch to 05+ axles?

Most likely just running wheel spacers with the rims to correct the difference. You can see in the picture the truck still has leaf springs up front.

Your right, was on my phone forgot to zoom in. Only looked at side view . Just didn't see those huge radius arms and assumed haha.
