will 38 x 13.50 tires fit a 2011 F350

Hi right now I have a 2011 F350 with a 6 inch BDS lift and I am running 37 X13.50 X20 which clear great but when the wheels are fully turned and hit a bump I notice that the tire rubs the inside of the plastic liner . I figure that this is the width of the tire doing this and not the height . I was thinking about going up to a 38 X 13.50 X 20 (an inch taller same width ) but worry that this may be too much and cause worse rubbing issues . Is anyone running this combo ?

I had 38/15.50r20's with a 6" lift on my 08, I did do some minor trimming of the inner plastic fender but mot much.

When measuring the wheel wells on my 11 compared to my 08 there is a slight difference (smaller) on the newer truck. Given you're not going wider really the only thing it will likely continue to rub is the fender liner. Personally, I would throw a TEI spacer in there if jumping up.
