Will Grille lights cause poor air flow?

As the title says, I currently have two lights behind the grille. I would like to add a 24" light behind grille also.
Will this restrict too much airflow or am I ok?

Just drive faster and you should be fine :thumbsup:
The fan might just run more.

I ran some BIG KC lights on a different truck. Never saw any measurable difference in motor temps.
