Will X4 and delete pipe from my 2014 work on a 2015?

The '15's have a sensor in the tailpipe, but that shouldn't be an issue.

I change my 14 for a 15 and i have no regret but
The turbo lag is bad !! And the mini maax don't work whit 15 and that is really bad !!!

I wouldn't trade my 14 for a 15. Simply because I've had both sct tuning and now hs custom tuning and it's not a comparison at all. Hs is not supported on the 15. Also the 15 transmissions have fewer clutches then 14... Just my opinion though
