Won't start, possible water issue

Water never got up to the body. Was able to drive it out. Killed it once we reached higher ground. Drove through some water that got up to bottom of body trying to get to my son's house, turned around and went back to high ground. Killed it and tried to start 3 hours later, batteries are hot but as soon as I try to start, nothing. Doesn't even click. After a couple of attempts the horn starts honking and pushing the panic button stops the horn.

Any ideas?

Truck is a 2011 Jenny Craig graduate.

Is it possible any of the electrical connections unplugged from the diet are causing the issue?

doubtful. but i would bet its an electrical issue. let it sit and dry out.

Other than the family being safe it's one of the few bright spots through all of this. Well, other than filling up with fuel when all the gas pumps were out.
