WTB: F-450 4x4 front axle, 5r110 t-case and linkage

Looking for parts to convert my '03 F-450 to 4x4. Need a 99-04 front axle, 6.0 t-case and linkage (manual shift only)

Would also take an 05+ 450/550 axle if you have the front suspension and rear axle to go with it.

I'm a no hassle cash buyer.

4.88 but it's that lousy Dana S110 and the thing has been noisy as hell since it was new. If someone had a 4.30 front end I would gladly swap or rebuild the rear to match.
