I've got what you need. I've been actually meaning to list it for sale. lol
Used chip burner that belongs to a buddy of mine, and I have a few brand new TS chips that have never been programmed of mine that I would like to move. Are you just interested in one chip and the burner?

I do. I sent a PM to OSCS - depending on his response - I'll put you next in line.

I sent a few PMs - once this small groups of chips are gone - there won't be any more from me - this is just some stuff I had laying around.

If HRT gets rid of his burner, we have them available!! Just let me know if you need anything. Can make a special deal with a burner, chip, and possibly some custom tunes depending on your setup
