The trans and transfer case with everything else on a pallet weigh about 600lbs. Shipping it is no problem, have a loading dock, fork trucks, pallets etc.

I would assume it would bolt up, Im not 100% certain though.

125k on the trans/tcase, yes its for a 7.3
