You should call SCT at the beginning of next week. Call early in the morning and you won't have a wait. They open at 9 am. I just had similar issues earlier in the week and one of the SCT techs helped me through it.

Got it fixed. Just had to add AC PRO to the low pressure coolant line and boom, she was cold as winter. Then my buddy who is a Ford diesel tech punched in a code on my heat/ac control panel and heat popped back on. Im happy to say that i now have both heat and AC

2008 job 1. 164,347 miles. Complete cooling system replacement. dpf delete at 44,000 when came available. Has been an absolute beast for me. Bout to do head gaskets, o rings, and ARP head studs. I'll never get rid of this king rancher.

Just an update to all that SCT does not and will not take care of the EGR issue as long as you delete that crappy throttle body. If you keep the throttle body then you might be fine but as long as its deleted, your always going to throw a code.

Wanted to get some opinions on who had the best head gasket kit for a daily driver application. I want a beefy one that will have a long life expectancy. I am also going to put some ARP head studs in there while i have the cab off. Thanks to all those in advance!

in backwards, no. But it is possible to get things stuck in them and that will make your engine overheat immediatly
