The rockers we had that caused us grief measured just under 39mm I believe, I can check tomorrow and verify.

Not really, went by around 2. They had all the parts in question out, had the lot # but the owner that was going to see if they were part of the bad batch was at lunch. Didn't hear anything from them after that..

Ford and the 6.4. Nothing surprises me anymore. I have watched your trials with your truck and all I can say is you have the patience of Job. Hopefully you get this straightened out and have a solid truck. It's not my truck and I'm not sure how much more I can take...
