The HPFP harness number is 1872509c91
It's a Navistar part number that should be around $45 if you type it into google.

You can see it here in Spatel's buildup:

If you can't get pullies made local, there are plenty of people in this thread that can help out.

It really appears to come down to the lines. By what Dzchey said, you might be screwed on that end of it...

I've got one at home but I'm on the boat all night.
If no one posts up I will tomorrow.

Oh yeah, you'll need to make your pump spin backwards. Rudy's can do it for under $100. Just PM Aaron.

The tensioner that is needed is 6b209a or 6b209b(I can't remember which one). They hold tension in opposite directions of eachother. Both are used on our 6.4s though, so that would be easy enough to figure out.

You would also need a couple 8-rib idler pullies. These are the same dimensions as the smoothe ones already on our trucks: http://www.amazon.com/Gates-38052-New-Idler-Pulley/dp/B000C2SGWA

Might take a few trips to the parts store, but once your brackes were set, I would think sourcing a belt wouldn't be too hard.

Rob at Dirty Diesel had the first twin fueler on a 6.4 that I know of. We used a stock siemons pump off a custom bracket at the crank. Works great. It's not rocket science and the twin fuelers can be built very cheaply if you have the resources at hand.

This is something I didn't think of.
I remember Dirty Diesel's setup being different. IIRC, he had custom fuel rails with dual feeds which is different than what you see from Elite and Rudys.

He had his rails fabbed up here @ $205 per side:
Gen-X Machining

403-348-2141

Regardless of how it was plumbed, I'm ASSuming he would've needed custom high pressure lines. If the lines are expensive/hard to source, where did he get them from? Maybe it's worth a call up to Alberta? To my knowledge he never sold kits, he just did a one-off setup for his truck.

He not on here much, but maybe someone who knows him personally can get some info...

You might find out that its cheaper just to go with Rudy's or Elite...

What kind of lines need to be built here? Never had a chance to look at them. Tig welding and lines are easy. What do the ends look like?

There might be a pic somewhere but I'm not sure. I can post one of the OE lines tomorrow. IIRC, the fittings are M12x 1.5(don't quote me on that)but Dzchey pointed out that it's metric HP tubing. SAE HP tubing is somewhat easy to come by but I haven't found a source for metric.

Regardless if I(or anyone else)was able to source the correct lines, I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess you either have to buy in bulk or that one-off lines are super spendy.

Then you gotta bend everything. There are manual benders out there(Rigid came up a couple times over on CompD), or maybe a local diesel or hydraulics shop can tackle something like that. Either way it's more $$$.

You could still come out under the cost of what Rudy's or Elite charges, but ***ing up could mean a lot of HP #2 spraying around your engine bay. We already know their setup works...

Mike @ Hallers Repair would know. I think screen name is the same over here. It was 97singlecab over on the nation.

He did a short run of upgraded OE lines. I'm 99.9999% sure he's not doing them anymore though.

He would at least know the dimensions.

I wanna say its pretty small like. 070 range

I know tadds dual fuelers tubing is much bigger and also reusable.

Like derik said I'm sure someone can find you or build lines but its going to be a real.chore and bending stainless line is not easy unless you map it out with brake tubing first.

And from what I have seen you need adapter lines ie metric on one end standard on the other. Becasuse from what I understand fords are standard Dodge / Chevy is metric and there are only metric tees available.
