Crank her up till you see 70 on the dashdaq and let her eat! Those dyno numbers were horrible because of the dyno/operator. Tuned 6.4s putting down 400? Something wasn't right

It was Haller's dyno, so, I know it wasn't his fault. Just had to figure out what it was. Now, I believe we have an answer. My rig was trying to spool that 75 with a 1.30 housing, as a single... LOL

Turn that thing up and letter eat. Should be a killer package once you get it all setup.

I would even say 70 is a little low, that's 55 actual. There's no reason he can't push it to 85 or more or on the Dd. But the thing is is I'm not sure where the stock ebp sensor maxes out. General rule is you only use enough boost to clean up the smoke. No sense in running 80lbs of boost when you're burning it all up at 65lbs. As long as your bp isn't too high, but then again with a 1.30 housing you should be ok.

To confirm your waste gate by passes the small turbo and goes into the big one? And only diverts pressure off of one up pipe? Not diverting pressure into the downpipe?

Stock Backpressure Sensor maxes out in the 86psi range. I wouldnt be scared to make my DD read 85psi on that rig. You said yall was seeing 90-100 Chris, what were yall monitoring with?

target back pressure should be around 70-75 absolute

With that set up i would want 60-65 psi of boost, maybe a touch more if i was feeling froggy

I hit around 70, then tapered off, then rose to around 78-79 absolute. That was from a roll on, at 55. I saw around 52 psi boost. I'll play a bit more with her tomorrow. Try to do a launch or two... LOL

Smoke cleaned up real nice as well... Totally different animal as well... Wow!

why in the *** does it have 4:10's ?

It was my only truck for a while, and I was towing my 5th wheel. Those 3.55s were not letting me get into the power band... I was all stock back then too... just a tuner/delete/intake... Plus I like sled pulling... LOL And so does she!

Yeah, the 28 mile drive to work in the morning is now a lot of fun... There are all sorts of dodge hemi dueches around that make a lot of noise, but, I cant seem to hear them over my whistle... That, and that they end up behind me... LOL He did try real hard though... and add to that, I was not trying to smoke out the town of Destin, so, when we got on the back road, I let them sing their song... ahhhhhhh..... finally got my biotch back.....

Also, after talking with Shane a bit, I am going to switch to a slightly smaller (.88 down from .90) housing, and NOT have a divided housing... We discovered that My HP is a t4 divided housing, and we only ran a wastegate off of the drivers side bank. So, We are not sure what the ebp is on the passenger bank, and dont wanna have a bad day... So, I am NOT going to turn up the gate any more, and in 2 weeks, I'm heading up to NC for a checkup, and swap that out ($225 for the one I want... Finally, an inexpensive part for my girl... LOL) And when we kick it up a notch, we will look into a smaller housing on the 75, and piping in a 3rd wheel... LOL

Honestly I think your housing size is perfect. I'd be more apt to put a waste gate on each up pipe before I went smaller. I have a 66 with a. 90 t4 divided housing that I'm going to run, but I'm going to run a 40mm gate off of each up pipe and then a 50mm on the hot pipe to divert around the 88mm if I need to relieve bp if spraying with my 100% nozzles. With the bp you're already able to see, I wouldn't wanna go smaller.

On the other hand, I'm glad you got it running well... I can't wait to get my hd edition set up with the mods in my Sig.

An open exhaust housing will spool way worse don't Change it.

My truck runs the sensor in one side and gate in the other. The pressure equalizes in the housing anyway

dont change the little turbo

Don't change the little turbo housing!

Ahhh... We were researching, and saw that they might not equalize and might be driving up the pressures on the passenger bank...
