60's and the s472 on mine still had some fuel left over. I was happy with the setup other than having a hurt motor. Very driveable with decent fuel mileage

nice, will a dragon fire push enough fuel to 60%'ers? i guess there was some reliability issues but rcd said that was worked out, not wanting to run dual pumps.

I'd like to hear more about the issues worked out. I was under the impression they stoping making a upgraded k16 due to to many issues.

They stopped making them because more often than not, they are piles of crap that destroy injectors when they go out.

Mike didn't you run 60s with a 2.3 pw? Probably no smokier than 100s with a 1.7 pw. We'll see

It's a hit n miss for a ii pump to hold rp with 60% at full pw. I know mine doesn't.

Same goes for all of there pumps really. Have trouble keeping up no matter the truck make.

Just so I understand the logic here, even though this is completely off topic...

If you were mathematically injecting the exact same amount of fuel which should (in theory) make more power?? Big nozzles + less PW or Smaller nozzles and larger PW??

Mathematically you should be able to make the same amount playing with the pw with a bigger nozzle. But you have room to play... if you want more bump the pw up .1 ms. If you want a little more bump it up more. Once your at max pw with a smaller nozzle your done playing its all you got. Also in THEORY bigger nozzles and less pw should decrease cylinder pressure because its a quicker burst of more fuel, rather than less fuel for a longer period of time chasing the piston on the down stroke.

It depends on how much air you have and if you have twin injection pumps or not. If you run a big nozzle and don't have the air or enough pump you have to pull PW back or else it will have low RP and smoke like a freight train, it would be a dog too. If you don't have a lot of air or pump you can run a smaller nozzle with more PW too, but all of this is loosely stated as percentages of nozzle and pump or pumps as well as turbo sizing all depend on what PW you can safely and effectively run. If you have enough air and fuel to support a large nozzle you can crank the PW up to an extent of the abilities of your set up.

You guys have me convinced. I'm pulling out my injectors, and going for 400% nozzles, and control it with limited pulse width :thumbsup:
