There is a setting in there to monitor fuel rail pressure. And how much boost you make depends on a lot of factors. With my kem 310 tune I have seen 52 psi with the tc locked in 4th and about 75% throttle but without it locked I can only see about 42. It comes down to tuning really

And I thought a had too much boost?? I have mechanical 60lb boost gauge and its not uncommon to peg it out. My dashdaq has seen 62.... I've been confused lately because mine is stock fuel, towpowers and spartan 310LL tune. Every air upgrade imaginable though

Update. Have had the 72 in for a while now. Also did the AFE intake with elite elbow. Ive hit 51 psi once I think, but usually tops out in the mid to high 50s. FRP stays between 24-25,000 psi during WOT. Boost Still seems low, especially with the 72...

I've hit 63psi with stock turbs and a failed EBPS.
Now have I tow powers with gearhead tunes and boost around 48-51
Try cleaning the EBPS, takes 10 min and its free.
Also my H&S tunes made more boost then my Gearhead, but my gearhead runs much stronger.

I've got a 71mm and maintain 24.7k rail pressure on Gearhead Race. Max boost I've ever seen is 54 lb and that's really winding it out in OD with the backpressure getting up there (85psi absolute). I can hit 48-50 pretty quickly and easily though.

A lot of variables go into the boost number. Load for one. I can only hit mid 40's in my dually. Throw my fiver on and go up a grade here is 52-53 range without even trying on the Innovative Street Tune. Tow tune is in the low 40's.

Your right where you should be, the bigger the wheel doesn't mean the more boost it will put out. Besides boost creates heat from compressing so to much boost will have a negative affect. If your creating more boost and not enough CFM all your doing is heating up air, you want the most CFM you can get at the least amount of boost. CFM is a more important factor to look at than boost.

Matt, could explain a Lil more please?

Airflow isn't about boost only. 25lbs with 25lbs of drive moves as much air as 50lbs of boost and 100lbs of drive pressure. What good is boost when your exhaust is restricted?
