It's going to be a beast for sure. With what you have laid out in parts, it should be years before any problems come your way.

Wow! That's going to be a beast! The thing that I have Vimeo conclude is that big trucks, high power, and reliability don't mix to well. Lol! The first truck I kinda started to build was a CCLB 4WD standard. It's was just always something. So then I decided that I would keep my work and family...

Yeah, it's nice being able to swing in and talk to those guys. Those X's are really nice. I loved reading through your posts when you were working on it. I've been gathering parts for so long on this truck, I'm just ready to get it all put together and enjoy it. I've been having to sit on the...

I've probably put 80 miles on the truck since the injector install.

Awesome to hear from you TARM, been a while since I've seen you post. I'll try to answer to your points. I did buy the injectors from 96F350kid, and they were fresh rebuilt by Full Force. The only reason I put them in the truck now was that when I received them they were just packaged loose in...

Just waiting on my plenums to get here so I can get it all done at one time. I was telling a coworker about it and was getting chills just thinking about getting it going. Lol! On a side note, any idea if it's worth even trying to get SuperDuty IC pipes to work on an OBS? That's what came...

Well it sure is fun to drive right now with the stock 15*. Lol! Feels like it's about 300 or so. I only use about 1/4 or so of the throttle and it's a lot better than trying to push the pedal through the floor with stock sticks.

Cool. Not sure what the stock 17* HPOP will do for me, but I reckon I'll find out.

Stock rods for me too. I'm gonna roll the dice for now. I'm going to run a precision 76mm turbo Stock 17* HPOP for now until I can upgrade to probably a Gen 3 so that ought to help keep it olive.

They are running fine right now. Just a little lope at idle and touchy throttle. Every time I drive it is a little bit better. They were boxed in the individual injector boxes, but there was only one blue shop towel around each one. When the UPS guy carried them in I could here them clinking...

Mine is a regular cab too, and 2wd. What is your setup?

Update: The first drive I did was only about 20 miles. I stopped by my dads house and talked about an hour. When I left It had a little bit of an extended crank, which I know will get better. But after it started the CEL never came on and the lope almost is gone. Throttle is still a bit touchy...

Actually it's an OBS. I forgot that part. I've been driving it and on the first startup it idled pretty smooth, but now after I got it aired out it lopes like crazy. The accelerator is very touchy. 1/8th throttle is like trying to mash the accelerator through the floor board on stock injectors...

Awesome! Thanks! I'm not doing any thing to push it at all. My main concern is just testing the injectors to make sure they are good.
