Take a look at MTW (Mad Turbo Werx). They can make that P-max turn more air out. For the money you spent on that turbo they could have tweaked your stock one to outperform a P-max.

Who makes that plate? I made something similar for my truck and used a piece of angle down the frame rail so I didn't have to drill into my flange. It's best if you can use existing bolt holes.
