Are you talken about the injector harness are #8? Yes with un plugged i get propper reading and when i plug in into the injector it all changes which leads me to believe i have a short some where. have you seen any locations of the possiable short in wire
So buzz failed on #8. Swapped a injector and no change. Swapped ficm and pcm no change. Changed leaking ball sockets at hp oil rail with Ford new oem. Have low voltage power to injector. No high voltage power. Swapped out injector harness and same issue. Hpop operates good. Any one...
I'd leave the wiring hooked up. Just me tho. Would check with hooked up and pull power wire from the pump and check that. Check how much in line pressure the pump is putting out.
Is the fuse blowing right away when ignition is hit.
It's probley the fuel bowl heater rusted out. Replace the heater element from Dorman or Ford only. We're located in Vancouver wa. NW POWERSTROKE. Look us up..
Maybe rattled your ficm wires enough that they came loose for a short second and died. Sounds like we all will be guessing on the topic.

I've seen about 30psi in a truck ran fine. Just needs to be topped of with coolant every couple hours. No problems here. Lmao

Before you get antzy and tear shuffff up. Get a computer on it. Watch your engine and peramators.

Well this is my second programmer in my truck. First one was bully dog and always shifted hard. Second one that's in now edge evo worked great tell water some how got in the plug.
Then came corrosion.
Then the no starts. God and skills of eliminating things worked great. Hope this can help...
