I don't run a non VGT but from what I have gathered and seen, divided up pipes are key. Tuning changes as well will be needed when going from VGT to Non VGT.

Yea, when I went 10.93@123 with my old sticks, first came on pretty much right out of the hole(Hobbs switch) and the second stage I fired when I hit 2nd gear, which is not but a second or two after the first stage.

One stage is in the IC tube right before the intercooler and the other is in the intake horn.

Depends on the situation, but normally when I run just one stage it a .125 jet. If I'm running both stages I will go with either the .088 or .125 on one stage and .088 on the other.
