    Well I need to change my sig now lol. Bought the diamond eye kit fit was pretty good, they give you enough pipe for an eclb so I had to shorten the one pipe up a bit. Ofcourse when I was doing all this I noticed some soot on the firewall so looks like im gonna need some up pipes here soon too.

    I'm gonna just go and state the obvious here but have you checked for leaks at the fuel bowl and the drain tube for it?

    Shoot on gassers we always used to just leave it strapped to the crate slap a starter on it and throw 12v at it lol I'm with the other guys tho, put it in the truck and find out. Only good way to know.

    The auto will always be quicker in one of these trucks too. I was thinking about doing a zf6 swap until I got to drive one lol. I love driving standard shift vehicles but when it comes to a diesel the auto wins hands down.

    You got a SD so your also gonna need the trans tunnel for a manual too.

    I noticed it got moved farther down and Diesel Site is no longer there. EDIT - Nevermind I'm blind lol didnt notice the premium vendor section lol

    Hi from a newb!!!

    Thats a real nice looking '79 you got there. I got my diesel back in august and so far all I've had to do is a cam sensor and fix a trans line. Still got a few more things that need done to it yet.
