    Check coolant additive?...

There's a test kit we use to test it, it checks the RA (reserve alkalinity) with one test strip, then tests for contamination with another test strip. That message pops up right around ever 15k miles. I've never had one actually test bad. Costs a couple bucks to have it tested at the dealer...

Low compression on cylinder 1? need input

Bad to melt pistons too.... overfueling usually from stuck injector. '03 6.0's did the same thing. Time to yank the head off and see what's up. When you put the injector in, I'm guessing to you looked to make sure it didn't spit a rocker arm off?

    Oil pressure gage

Usually an indication of an oil pressure problem when it drops down significantly at idle. I'd definitely check it with a manual gauge and see what it's putting out both cold and hot, idle and off idle for both and compare Oil temp could be getting way to hot as well..... and just to be sure...

    Oasis Report

LOL about what I said too.... first I saw no recent warranty history (meaning none in the past year), and thought "oh that's a good sign". Then clicked full warranty history.... "Ohhhhhhh...." LOL.

    Testing the STC fitting

Definitely sounds like either the fitting or it blew a hole in the IPR screen..... either will cause low ICP. The o-rings on the oil rail plugs usually isn't enough to make it stall, just hart/no start hot. If you pull the IPR valve out and it looks good, it's likely the STC fitting (though just...

    6.0 engine oil flow path

Yup big hex bolt right behind the crank pulley in the bottom of front cover.... pull that regulator out, if the spring and valve don't come out with it, there's your problem

    Testing the STC fitting

The problem with doing the air test with the later models or those that have the newer standpipes, is you apply the air to the right (passenger) side oil rail through the ICP hole, but then the standpipes have check valves that keep the air isolated to that oil rail, and it never makes it back...

    2002 instrument cluster quit

You're gonna have to replace the shifter on the column.... the wire harness for the overdrive cancel switch rubs on the steering column and chafes the harness open, shorting it out and blowing fuse F2.45 (10A) in the central junction box located right below the steering column. Fuse F2.45...
